Student Registration is located at the School Administrative Building at 230 North Road in Chelmsford.

We need a completed Student Registration Packet in order to successfully register your child for school. The Student Registration packet can be found on the right side of this page.

If your child will be attending the Chelmsford Public Schools, we will need the following information along with the completed registration packet.

To enter Chelsmford Integrated Preschool (CHIPS), child must be 3 on or before October 1.
A child turning 3 after October 1 may begin CHIPS on his/her 3rd birthday.
Children eligible for kindergarten (turn 5 on or before October 1) are not eligible for CHIPS.

To enter K - child must be 5 on or before October 1
To enter Gr. 1 - child must be 6 on or before October 1
Legal birth certificate OR hospital birth record
Provide immunization records at enrollment per Massachusetts state law AND
provide up-to-date physical

Own:

• Mortgage Statement
• Utility Bill
• Driver's License

Rent:

• Lease (if lease term has ended, landlord needs to provide signed affidavit supporting residence form)
• Utility Bill
• Driver's License

Live w/someone:

• Affadavit supporting residence
• Driver's License
• Utility Bill
• Mortgage and license of homeowner

Tax bill is not required although has been accepted in lieu of mortgage statement when mortgage is paid off. In lieu of utility, current pay stub, unemployment check stub or food stamp/TANF card is also accepted.
